Booking

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The deposit payment acts as an agreement to all of the Meechie Media policies/terms and conditions.



The remaining payment must be paid in FULL no later than the date of the scheduled photoshoot. If payment is not received, Meechie Media reserves the right to cancel the session. The acceptable payment methods are Credit/Debit, Cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. No checks will be accepted.

Turn Around Time

Image proofs are returned to clients within 3 days after session. Clients will receive a watermarked proof gallery for selection before final edits are delivered. After client selects photos, they can expect to have their final edits delivered in 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri). If additional edits are selected outside of the original package, allow 2 more business days.

Editing & Retouching

Standard retouching (color correction, blemish removal, light skin smoothing) is included. Clients may request up to two minor edit revisions at no charge. Additional revisions will incur a fee. Additional retouched images beyond the package limit are available for $12 per image.

Travel Fees

Sessions beyond 20 miles from Birmingham, AL will incur a travel fee of $0.50 per mile. Out-of-state travel requires additional fees to cover transportation and lodging if necessary.

Reschedule/Cancellation

Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before their appointment. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. The deposit will be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon new date. However, after two reschedule requests, a new deposit is required to secure the session.



If a client cancels or fails to attend their session, all payments made will be retained as a cancellation fee. In the event that Meechie Media is unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Weather & Outdoor Shoots

If weather conditions prevent an outdoor shoot, the session may be rescheduled at no charge or moved to an indoor location. The final decision to reschedule due to weather will be made by Meechie Media.

Late policy

Please arrive at your appointment on time and note that your session will begin at the agreed-upon time. Clients are responsible for their own outfits, grooming, and makeup before the session. In the event the client is late, they will only have their remaining time left to shoot.

 Meechie Media will not extend the time to accommodate tardiness however, the client will have the option to buy more time if the schedule permits. If you are late for any reason, you are still required to pay the full price for your session.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Meechie Media retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to print and share their photos. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission and an additional licensing fee. Meechie Media does not provide RAW or unedited images. All delivered images will be professionally processed.

Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once services have been rendered. If a client is dissatisfied with their photos, reasonable re-editing requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
